"Black people" are still demanding equality against racial discrimination and oppression as of the present. Though international laws has been implemented against racial discrimination, there are still a vast majority and profound population of "white people" who still discriminates the blacks. This also occurs to even political refuge countries like Uruguay. The black braved these tyranny through their music of "Candombe".
